How private is Monero, I hear you ask? I had the same question, and decided to make a table of what information is accessible to the sender of a transaction, to its receiver, and to the general public.

So, here it is. The rows are the interested parties, and the columns are what each can see. A check mark indicates that that party can see that information, and an x indicates they cannot.
